Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver creative, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities suitable for remote delivery to young children.

• Provide regular, constructive feedback to parents and guardians on their child's progress and development.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of children's learning journeys and developmental milestones using digital platforms.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, develop new digital resources, and enhance the remote learning curriculum.
• Ensure a safe and stimulating virtual learning environment, adhering to all safeguarding policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Early Years education (e.g., NVQ Level 3, Cache Level 3).
• Proven experience working with children aged 0-5 in a nursery, preschool, or similar setting.
• Excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Proficiency in using digital communication and learning platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, learning management systems).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both children and adults remotely.
