Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities based on the early years curriculum.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress, providing feedback to parents.
• Ensure the safety, health, and well-being of all children in your care.
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that caters to diverse needs.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to nursery policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Early Years education (e.g., Level 3 Diploma).
• Experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
• Thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and observational skills.
• Passion for early childhood development and learning.
• Up-to-date DBS check is required.
