About the Role

Our client is searching for a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join their esteemed childcare facility in Birmingham . You will play a crucial role in fostering a stimulating and supportive learning environment for young children, focusing on their cognitive, social, and emotional development. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with parents and guardians.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
• Promote children's social and emotional development through positive guidance and supportive interactions.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a consistent and high standard of care across the setting.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
• Significant experience working with children aged 0-5 in a nursery or preschool setting.
• A strong understanding of child development and safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and staff.
• A genuine passion for early years education and a commitment to continuous professional development.
