Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years, following the EYFS principles.
• Plan and execute age-appropriate activities that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Observe and record children's progress, contributing to individual learning plans and parent communication.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment, adhering to all nursery policies.
• Support the Room Leader and other team members in daily nursery operations.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare.
• Previous experience working in an early years setting is advantageous.
• Good understanding of child development and the EYFS framework.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A patient, caring, and responsible attitude towards children.
