Early Years Educator

About the Role

Our client is looking for a passionate and qualified Early Years Educator to join their thriving nursery in Brighton . This role is central to providing a stimulating and supportive learning environment for children aged 0-5. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging activities that foster children's all-round development, working closely with a team of dedicated professionals. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding early years education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) .
• Create and implement creative, age-appropriate learning experiences for children.
• Observe children's progress, assess their needs, and document their learning journey.
• Ensure a safe, hygienic, and stimulating environment for all children.
• Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding their child's development and well-being.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the nursery.

Requirements

• Relevant Level 3 qualification in Childcare and Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE).
• Proven experience as an Early Years Educator or similar role.
• Comprehensive understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Excellent communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as a key person, building strong relationships with children and families.
• Up-to-date DBS check and Paediatric First Aid certification.
