Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Observe, monitor, and assess children's progress, documenting their learning journey effectively.
- Create and maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment that encourages exploration and discovery.
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, parents, and carers, promoting home-school communication.
- Work collaboratively with a team of dedicated professionals to achieve nursery goals.
- Participate in professional development activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of the setting.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
- Previous experience working within an early years setting.
- Solid understanding of child development principles and the EYFS framework.
- Excellent communication, observation, and assessment skills.
- A passion for early childhood education and a proactive approach to learning.
