Early Years Educator

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic and qualified Early Years Educator to join their innovative childcare centre in Wolverhampton . This role focuses on creating an inspiring and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and holistic development in young children. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality early education programmes, observing and assessing children's progress, and building strong relationships with families. The successful candidate will be passionate about child development, possess excellent pedagogical skills, and thrive in a collaborative setting, contributing to an environment where children are empowered to explore, learn, and reach their full potential through engaging, play-based experiences and personalized care.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences aligned with early years frameworks.
• Conduct regular observations and assessments to track children's progress and development.
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment that meets the diverse needs of all children.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting effective communication.
• Support children's emotional well-being and social development through attentive guidance and interaction.
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to the continuous improvement of the nursery's educational provision.

Requirements

• A relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
• Proven experience working with children in an early years setting.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and the EYFS framework.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a professional team.
