About the Role

Our client is recruiting a passionate and caring Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Practitioner to join a nurturing environment in Stoke-on-Trent . This role is dedicated to providing high-quality care and education for young children aged 0-5, fostering their early development across all areas of learning. You will create a stimulating and safe play-based environment, observe and support children's learning journeys, and build positive relationships with children and their families. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging activities and experiences that follow the EYFS curriculum framework.
• Observe and assess children's development, maintaining accurate records and progress reports.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and emotional security of all children in your care.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with children and their families, promoting partnership in learning.
• Maintain a stimulating and well-organised learning environment, both indoors and outdoors.

Requirements

• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Experience working with children in an early years setting.
• A thorough understanding of the EYFS framework and safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine love for working with young children and supporting their development in Stoke-on-Trent .
