About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences suitable for the EYFS framework via online platforms.
• Assess children's development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum, providing detailed observations and feedback.
• Create a safe, supportive, and interactive virtual classroom environment.
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians, offering guidance and support.
• Utilize a variety of digital tools and resources to make learning fun and accessible for young children.
• Collaborate with other online EYFS practitioners to share insights and enhance the learning program.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised early years qualification.
• Significant experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage .
• Proficiency in delivering early years education through online or blended learning methods.
• Strong understanding of child development and the EYFS principles.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and digital literacy skills.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods for a remote, screen-based environment.
