About the Role

Our client is seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to lead a class of young learners in Sunderland . This role is crucial in laying the foundation for children's future academic and personal development, providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment. You will be responsible for implementing the EYFS curriculum, encouraging exploration, curiosity, and a love for learning through play-based activities. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework.
• Create a stimulating and inspiring classroom environment that promotes curiosity and exploration.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress, providing feedback to parents and carers.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, adhering to safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Promote the development of social, emotional, physical, and cognitive skills in young children.

Requirements

• Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching within the Early Years Foundation Stage.
• Sound knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a warm, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
