About the Role

Our client seeks an enthusiastic and nurturing Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher to lead a vibrant classroom in Cardiff . You will guide the educational journey of young learners through exploration, creativity, and discovery, ensuring the developmental milestones outlined in the EYFS framework are met. Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a creative and stimulating curriculum aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Observe, assess, and provide feedback on children's learning and development through varied activities.
• Foster a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment where all children feel valued and supported.
• Build positive relationships with parents and carers, encouraging their involvement in their child's learning journey.
• Manage classroom resources effectively and maintain high standards of hygiene and safety in Cardiff .

Requirements

• Early Years Professional Status (EYPS) or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with EYFS specialism.
• Demonstrable experience working with young children in an early years setting.
• Thorough understanding of the EYFS framework, child development, and safeguarding procedures.
• Excellent communication, observation, and planning skills.
