About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced and inspiring Early Years Lead Teacher to take charge of a key learning room within their nursery in Wolverhampton . This leadership role involves guiding a team of early years professionals, overseeing curriculum delivery, and ensuring the highest standards of care and education. Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support a team of early years educators, fostering a collaborative and professional atmosphere.
• Develop and implement a dynamic and creative curriculum aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage .
• Ensure the provision of high-quality care and education, meeting the diverse needs of all children.
• Conduct regular observations and assessments, tracking children's progress and providing constructive feedback.
• Manage classroom resources effectively and maintain a safe, stimulating, and well-organised learning environment.
• Build strong partnerships with parents and guardians, encouraging their involvement in their child's learning journey.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised Early Years qualification (e.g., Level 4/5 Diploma).
• Proven experience in a leadership or senior role within an early years setting.
• In-depth knowledge of early childhood development and the EYFS framework .
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for delivering high-quality education and fostering a love of learning.
