Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging play-based learning experiences that cater to the individual needs of each child.
• Supervise children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times within the nursery environment.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development through planned activities.
• Maintain accurate observations and records of children's progress and development.
• Collaborate with parents and colleagues to ensure a consistent approach to childcare and education.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting.
• A strong understanding of child development and learning theories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
