Our client is looking for an inspiring and adventurous Early Years Practitioner with a passion for outdoor learning and Forest School principles to join their setting in Wolverhampton . Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, child-led activities inspired by Forest School principles in outdoor environments.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children during all outdoor and indoor activities.
• Observe, document, and assess children's development and learning in relation to outdoor experiences.
• Promote children's understanding and respect for nature and the environment.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, sharing the benefits of outdoor learning.
• Maintain and develop the Forest School site and resources.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
• Experience working within an early years setting, preferably with an outdoor or Forest School focus.
• Forest School Leader qualification (Level 3) or demonstrable knowledge and enthusiasm for the approach.
• Strong understanding of child development and learning through play.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
