Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality early years education and care, adhering to the EYFS framework.
• Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities for children.
• Observe, assess, and record children's progress, communicating effectively with parents.
• Ensure the safety, well-being, and security of all children in your care.
• Maintain a stimulating and organised learning environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and support team goals.

Requirements

• A minimum Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent).
• Previous experience working within an early years setting is preferred.
• A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
