Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that support children's holistic development across all learning areas.
• Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records and providing constructive feedback to parents and guardians.
• Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all children under your care at all times.
• Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, promoting a collaborative and supportive nursery community.
• Prepare and maintain stimulating learning environments, ensuring resources are accessible and well-organized.

Requirements

• Hold a relevant qualification in early years education, such as NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
• Demonstrable experience working with children aged 0-5 years in a nursery or similar setting.
• Thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and observational skills.
• A genuine passion for childcare and a commitment to safeguarding children.
