Key Responsibilities

• Implement the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum through play-based learning.
• Observe and document children's learning journeys, providing feedback to parents and colleagues.
• Ensure the safety, welfare, and safeguarding of all children under your care.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Maintain positive and supportive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Contribute to the creation of a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements

• Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or a related field.
• Previous experience working with children aged 0-5 years.
• Good knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and development.
