About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join their dynamic team in Coventry . Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement a variety of engaging and educational activities that cater to the developmental needs of children aged 0-5.
• Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and areas for development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children, adhering strictly to safeguarding policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain positive, supportive relationships with children, parents, and carers.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and stimulating learning environment.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to share best practices and support team goals.

Requirements

• A relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare, Early Years Education, or equivalent.
• Experience working with young children in a professional childcare setting.
• A strong understanding of child development and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for early childhood education and a nurturing approach.
