In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to young children, ensuring their safety, well-being, and developmental progress. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based learning experiences for children aged 0-5 years.
• Observe and assess children's development, providing tailored support to meet individual needs.
• Ensure the health, safety, and welfare of all children, adhering to strict safeguarding procedures.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with children and their families, promoting home-school links.
• Maintain accurate and concise records of children's progress and development.

Requirements

• Minimum Level 2 or 3 qualification in Childcare and Education (or equivalent).
• Experience working with young children in a nursery or similar setting.
• Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for early childhood development and a nurturing approach.
