The Role

Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant Islington, North London Mainstream primary school CACHE Level 3 qualification essential Full-time, long-term agency position ASAP start Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 3:30pm

Key Responsibilities

Supporting the class teacher with daily classroom activities. Supporting children's learning and development across the EYFS curriculum. Planning and delivering engaging, play-based activities. Encouraging communication, social skills and independence. Creating a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment. Supporting children's individual learning and development needs.

About You

CACHE Level 3 Early Years qualification – essential. Previous experience in an Early Years or primary setting. Good understanding of the EYFS framework. A nurturing, patient and proactive approach. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Passionate about supporting young children's development.
