Job Description
James Carrera ofDigital Data Foundation is sourcing an eDiscovery Specialist to supports thedelivery of eDiscovery Services to a number of high-profile clients and provideproject support to the inhouse legal team.
- Deliverclear communication to external clients and legal teams
- Providesolutions advice at each stage of EDRM
- Recommendworkflows through client scoping exercises
- Managelarge scale eDiscovery projects and set up of complex review workflows
- Providetechnical support and training to clients
Experience
Educated todegree level in Technology, Computer Forensics or similar with circa 3 yearsprogressive experience within a similar role;
- Strongunderstanding / experience in litigation support and eDiscovery
- Databasedesign, management and data processing
- eDiscoveryplatforms for review & production, ideally Axcelerate
- Analyticaland in-depth knowledge of EDRM and eDiscovery workflows, processes and bestpractice
- Genuineinterest in innovation and new litigation technologies
