Education Consultant (Blended Learning)

About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and insightful Education Consultant to advise on the implementation of blended learning strategies in educational institutions across Leeds . This role involves analyzing existing teaching and learning frameworks, identifying areas for improvement, and developing tailored recommendations for integrating digital and face-to-face instruction. You will work closely with school leadership, faculty, and IT departments to ensure successful adoption of new methodologies. This is a vital role for an expert passionate about transforming educational delivery through innovative pedagogical approaches.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of current educational practices and technology infrastructure.
• Develop strategic plans and roadmaps for the effective implementation of blended learning models.
• Provide expert guidance and training to educators on pedagogical strategies for online and in-person instruction.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to foster buy-in and collaboration among staff and leadership.
• Evaluate the impact of implemented strategies and provide ongoing support and recommendations for refinement.
• Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in educational consulting and digital learning .

Requirements

• Advanced degree in Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Significant experience (5+ years) as an education consultant or in a senior educational leadership role focused on curriculum and instruction.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing successful blended learning programs.
• Strong understanding of pedagogical theories, instructional design principles, and educational technologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
