Educational Consultant - Blended Learning

About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Educational Consultant specializing in Blended Learning to join their team on a contract basis, based in Manchester . This role focuses on advising educational institutions on the strategic design and implementation of effective blended learning models that integrate face-to-face and online educational experiences. You will work closely with leadership teams, faculty, and instructional designers to develop frameworks that enhance student engagement, accessibility, and learning outcomes. This is a critical role to help institutions adapt to evolving educational landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct needs assessments and provide expert recommendations for the adoption and optimisation of blended learning strategies.
• Design and develop frameworks and best practices for integrating online and face-to-face instructional components.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions for educators and administrators on designing and delivering blended learning courses.
• Advise on the selection and implementation of appropriate educational technologies to support blended learning environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create comprehensive implementation plans, including change management strategies.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of blended learning initiatives and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in educational consulting, with a specific focus on blended or hybrid learning models.
• Proven ability to design and deliver impactful professional development for educators.
• Strong understanding of pedagogical theories underpinning blended learning and instructional design principles.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience managing complex projects.
