Key Responsibilities

• Assist elderly clients with personal care needs, including washing, dressing, and maintaining personal hygiene.
• Support with mobility, ensuring safe transfers and assistance with walking aids.
• Help with meal preparation and feeding, taking into account dietary needs and preferences.
• Administer or remind clients to take their prescribed medication as directed by healthcare professionals.
• Engage clients in meaningful activities and conversation to promote mental stimulation and social interaction.
• Monitor clients' well-being, recognizing and reporting any changes in their physical or mental condition to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Care Assistant or in a similar caregiving role, especially with the elderly, is highly desirable.
• A kind, patient, and compassionate nature with a genuine interest in elderly care.
• Good communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to listen attentively.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dedicated care team.
• Willingness to undergo background checks and relevant training.
