Location: Gloucester Pay Rate: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour Duration: 6-12 Week Temporary Assignment Start Date: ASAP Hours: Full-Time

Are you a hands-on individual with great attention to detail? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering manufacturer in Gloucester who requires a Temporary Electrical Assembler to support increased workload for an initial 6-12 week period.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with electrical assembly experience, although we would also welcome applications from individuals with backgrounds in crafting, model making, jewellery making, small-component assembly, electronics, or other roles requiring fine hand skills and precision work.

The Role

Assembling small and intricate components to a high standard Following work instructions, diagrams and technical drawings Using a variety of hand tools and small assembly equipment Carrying out detailed assembly work with a high level of accuracy Supporting soldering and electrical assembly activities where required Maintaining quality standards throughout the manufacturing process

What We're Looking For

Previous electrical assembly experience would be advantageous Alternatively, experience in roles requiring strong dexterity and attention to detail Ability to follow instructions and work accurately Good hand-eye coordination and practical skills Reliable and motivated approach to work Available to start at short notice
