Electrical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Waterloo, London – up to £43,000

CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building in Waterloo, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in electrical building maintenance. Monday to Friday – 08:00 - 17:00Key Duties & Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance Monitor and maintain electrical plant and equipment Electrical fault finding and repairs Lighting – changing lamps, ballasts and fittings Emergency lighting testing and repairs Small power and socket repairs Basic BMS monitoring Carry out electrical checks and inspections General building fabric duties Escort specialist subcontractors Assist with other general building maintenance duties as requiredRequirements
