Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Position: Electrical Maintenance Engineer Location: Central London Salary: £48,000 per annum Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their on-site engineering team at a modern commercial facility in Central London. What you'll do:

Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance across the commercial building. Fault-find and repair electrical systems including lighting, power, emergency lighting, control panels, and associated building services. Complete routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure electrical systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational. Respond to breakdowns and reactive maintenance requests, diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently. Support minor electrical works, remedial repairs, and building services projects where required. Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure all works are completed in line with health & safety and compliance requirements. What you'll bring:

City & Guilds / NVQ qualification in an Electrical discipline. 18th Edition qualification. Proven experience within commercial building services or facilities maintenance. Strong electrical fault-finding and diagnostic skills. Good understanding of commercial electrical systems and building services. A proactive, reliable, and professional approach to maintenance.
