An exciting opportunity to work for an established FM Service Provider working across a high end residential development in Vauxhall, South West London . The successful candidates will be electrically qualified (C&G Level 3 Electrical or Mechanical ) and will have a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working alongside the maintenance team on site, He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance across high end residential buildings / estate. Hours of work Monday to Friday - 08:00am to 17:00pm Package £45-48,000 Basic Salary 22 Days Holiday Pension Company Uniform, Mobile phone and Laptop Working for a Family Run business (Service Provider) Key duties & Responsibilities Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution) Emergency lighting tests Air Handling Units Building Management Systems Air Conditioning equipment Cold Water systems Heating and Ventilation systems Emergency lighting Fan Coil Units Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Plumbing - Unblocking toilets BMS System - Monitor (i.e. xwwtmva Hot & Colds) Escort / organise sub contractors Attend client meetings if required Ensure site log books are kept up to date

Requirements
