About the Role
Our client is seeking a proactive Electrical Project Engineer to manage and deliver key electrical projects from inception to completion in Bristol . This role involves detailed planning, resource allocation, and ensuring that projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget. You will be the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, coordinating with internal teams and external contractors to achieve project objectives. This is an ideal opportunity for a project-focused engineer looking to take ownership of significant electrical initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and finalize electrical projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Manage project risks, identifying potential issues and developing mitigation strategies.
- Ensure the quality of all project deliverables and oversee site installations and commissioning.
- Communicate project status and performance to key stakeholders effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project engineering or management within the electrical field.
- Proven track record of managing complex electrical installation projects successfully.
- Strong understanding of electrical systems, construction processes, and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
