Electrical Quality Inspector

Astute's Strategic Division are currently recruiting for an Electrical Quality Inspector to join the EPC Contractor on a new build Data Centre in Central Belgium on an initial 4 months contract basis.

The Electrical Quality Inspector position come with a day rate from €650.00 to €750.00 per day AOR / EOR. Accommodation will be provided.

Role responsibilities and key skills for the role:

Carry out electrical quality inspections across site installations. Ensure electrical works comply with project specifications, drawings, standards, ITPs and quality requirements. Complete regular site walkdowns and identify defects, snags and non-conformances. Review First of Kind installations and agreed quality benchmarks. Complete and maintain electrical inspection records, test packs and quality documentation. Ensure project quality databases and management systems are accurate and kept up to date. Coordinate system walkdowns, snagging and handover activities with construction teams. Monitor snag trends and escalate recurring quality issues to the QA/QC Lead. Ensure subcontractors and third-party contractors meet project QA/QC requirements. Oversee third-party electrical inspections where required. Support system completion, tagging and final handover documentation. Attend quality meetings with project management, construction teams and subcontractors. Liaise with Electrical QA/QC Leads and Engineers on technical and quality matters. Provide site support across Ireland and mainland Europe where required, once the project in Belgium is handed over.Location, day rate and timeframe of the Electrical Quality Inspector position:
