Location – Victoria, London

Salary - £53.4k per annum

Continental Shift Pattern – 4 days on shift 4 days off shift then 3 days on and 3 nights on and 4 days off.

About the role

We’re currently recruiting for an Electrical Shift Leader to work at a large commercial office building overseeing the site facilities team.

Opportunity to work at a Large Corporate Building running a small team with major company incentives. Training and Progression will be prominent throughout the position.

Key responsibilities of An Electrical Shift Leader:

• Leading and supporting a team of shift engineers, making sure all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently.

• Managing daily workloads, allocating jobs and making sure priorities are dealt with.

• Overseeing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across the building.

• Taking responsibility for electrical systems, ensuring they are maintained, tested and operating safely.

• Monitoring and maintaining building services equipment, including HVAC, pumps, motors and generators.

• Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations and site procedures.

Requirements of an Electrical Shift Leader:

• NVQ Level 3, City and Guilds or equivalent in Electrical Engineering

• 18th Edition wiring regulations

• Previous experience in commercial building maintenance, facilities management or building services is preferred

• Experience in leading teams preferred, not essential

• Strong problem-solving and fault-finding skills

• Good communication skills
