Key Responsibilities

• Lead the conceptualization and detailed design of complex electrical systems, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
• Oversee the work of the electrical design team, providing technical direction and mentorship.
• Conduct rigorous design reviews and validation processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Develop and maintain high-quality schematics , BOMs, and other technical documentation.
• Collaborate with product management, hardware, and software engineering teams to define system requirements and specifications.
• Drive innovation in electrical design, exploring new technologies and methodologies to enhance product capabilities.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 9 years of experience in electrical system design, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
• Proven expertise in analog and digital circuit design, power management, and signal integrity.
• Proficiency with EDA tools and simulation software for design and analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to lead engineering teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
