We're seeking a skilled Electrician to join a growing team delivering essential repairs, planned works and electrical installations across domestic and occupied properties. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a mixture of fault finding, testing, maintenance and installation work, with no two days being the same. What You'll Be Doing

• Electrical repairs, servicing and maintenance in occupied and void properties
• Consumer unit upgrades and replacements
• Full and partial rewires
• EICRs, testing and inspection works
• Fault finding and diagnostic repairs
• Installation of smoke alarms, extractor fans and ventilation systems
• Cooker, shower and dedicated power circuit installations
• Electrical heating systems including panel and storage heaters
• Remedial works to ensure compliance with current regulations
• Delivering a first-class service to residents and clients What We're Looking For ✔ NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent ✔ 18th Edition Wiring Regulations ✔ Experience within social housing, planned works, maintenance or responsive repairs ✔ Strong fault-finding and testing experience ✔ Knowledge of safe isolation and electrical compliance ✔ Full UK Driving Licence Highly Desirable
• 2391 / 2394 / 2395 Testing & Inspection
• Social housing or MOD contract experience
