Electrician
Requirements
- Carry out electrical installation and upgrade works across social housing properties.
- Undertake works involving ventilation fans, heat pumps, consumer units and solar installations.
- Maintain accurate records of completed works, testing and inspections where required.
- Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety and quality at all times.
- Follow site procedures and work professionally within occupied properties. Experience and Qualifications
- ECS Gold Card qualified electrician.
- Ideally MCS accredited.
- Previous experience working on social housing projects.
- Experience with ventilation fans, heat pumps, consumer units and solar PV installations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with an interest in long-term ongoing work.
- Willingness to work on a Price Work basis - scope to earn upto 90k per annum
