JIB Gold Card Electrician
📍 Location: Heathrow Airport – Terminals 2 & 4 ⏰ Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm 📅 Start Date: ASAP 👷 Positions: 1–2 Electricians
The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced JIB Gold Card Electricians to work on electrical installation and containment works at Heathrow Airport, primarily across Terminals 2 and 4.
There are two opportunities available, offering a choice between a permanent position with one client or a 12-month contract with another client.
Option 1 – Permanent Position

Full-time, permanent opportunity.
*
Direct employment with the client.
*
Pay at JIB rates plus HAL bonus.
Option 2 – CIS Contract
*
£250 per day via CIS.
*
Initial 12-month contract.
*
Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm.
Both opportunities involve the same type of work and are based at Heathrow Airport.
The Work
*
Electrical installation and containment works.
*
Working across Heathrow Terminals 2 and 4.
*
Electrical works within terminal buildings and baggage handling areas.
*
Working within an industrial airport environment.
Requirements
*
Valid JIB Gold Card.
*
Previous electrical installation and containment experience.
*
Industrial or commercial electrical experience.
*
Heathrow Airport experience would be advantageous.
*
Reliable and able to commute to Heathrow.
Airside Pass & Security
A full Heathrow airside pass will be required. Candidates may initially start on a temporary pass, subject to the necessary security checks and approvals, before progressing to a full pass.
Parking
Initially, candidates will need to arrange their own parking or travel by public transport.
Once a full pass has been approved, a space in the Heathrow staff car park may be allocated, subject to availability.
An alternative parking location is available in Ashford, although the role itself is based at Heathrow Airport.
Start Date
ASAP, subject to interview and the necessary security clearance and pass arrangements.
