Location: Bishop’s Stortford & Surrounding Areas Starting pay: £43,000 per annum Hours: 40 hours per week Contract: Permanent

Nuco Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrician to join our client, working across social housing properties in Bishop’s Stortford and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician looking to secure a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out electrical works in void social housing properties.

• Completing electrical testing, inspections and remedial works.

• Undertaking kitchen upgrades and associated electrical installations.

• Installing, testing and maintaining smoke alarms.

• Ensuring all work complies with current electrical regulations and health and safety standards.

• Delivering high-quality work while maintaining excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Level 3 qualification in Electrical Installations.

• 18th Edition

• 2391 - Testing and Inspection

• Full UK Driving Licence

• Experience working as an electrician within social housing.

• The ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.

Benefits
