Electrician – Nationwide Travel
Location: Nationwide (UK Travel Required) Salary: £40,000 Basic + OTE £55,000 Package: Company Van & Fuel Card Position: Permanent
The Opportunity
We are working with a growing contractor who is looking to recruit experienced Electricians to join their team, working on projects across the UK within the retail sector.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an Electrician looking to earn good money, with a basic salary of £40,000 and realistic earning potential of £55,000.
The role will involve nationwide travel, working on a variety of retail projects, so flexibility and a willingness to travel are essential.
The Role
You will be carrying out electrical installation works across retail sites nationwide, working as part of a team to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
Responsibilities will include:

Carrying out electrical installation works within retail environments.
*
Installing electrical systems, containment, wiring and associated equipment.
*
Working from electrical drawings and specifications.
*
Carrying out testing, inspection and fault finding where required.
*
Ensuring all works comply with current electrical regulations and health and safety standards.
*
Working alongside other trades and site teams.
*
Maintaining high standards of workmanship.
*
Travelling to sites nationwide as required.
The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for qualified Electricians who have:

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or equivalent.
*
AM2.
*
18th Edition.
*
A valid ECS / JIB Gold Card.
*
Previous experience within commercial or retail electrical installations.
*
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*
A full UK driving licence.
*
Flexibility to travel nationwide and stay away when required.
