Email Marketing Coordinator

This role will focus on supporting the planning, execution, and analysis of email marketing campaigns aimed at nurturing leads, retaining customers, and promoting products/services. You will work closely with the marketing manager and content team to ensure emails are well-crafted, targeted, and deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns, including copywriting, template design, and list segmentation.
• Schedule and deploy email campaigns through the company's email marketing platform.
• Monitor campaign performance, tracking key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to optimize campaign effectiveness.
• Maintain and manage email subscriber lists, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Collaborate with the content and design teams to ensure email content is compelling and visually appealing.

Requirements

• Some experience in marketing, preferably with a focus on email marketing or digital communications.
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong written communication and proofreading skills.
• Good understanding of email marketing best practices and metrics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
