About the Role
Our client, located in the vibrant city of Nottingham , is seeking a skilled and strategic Email Marketing Manager to join their growing marketing department. This role is pivotal in developing and executing effective email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, drive customer engagement, and support sales initiatives. You will be responsible for managing the entire email campaign lifecycle, from strategy and segmentation to execution and analysis. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive email marketing strategies to drive engagement, conversions, and customer retention.
- Manage the end-to-end execution of email campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing, personalization, and deployment.
- Create compelling email copy and collaborate with designers to ensure visually appealing and on-brand email templates.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates), and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR) and maintain clean subscriber lists.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align email campaigns with broader marketing objectives and product launches.
- Manage and grow the email subscriber database through various acquisition strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in email marketing or a related digital marketing role.
- Proven track record of success in developing and managing high-performing email campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, HubSpot).
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, automation, and deliverability.
- Excellent copywriting, analytical, and project management skills.
