Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy, including campaign planning, segmentation, and automation.

- Manage email list growth and health, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of email communications.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Email Marketing Manager or in a similar role with a focus on email strategy.
- In-depth knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor).
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, automation, and A/B testing.
- Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a focus on persuasive communication.
- Analytical skills to interpret campaign data and make data-driven recommendations.
