About the Role
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join their expanding marketing department. This fully remote role is integral to crafting and executing effective email marketing campaigns that nurture leads, engage customers, and drive conversions. You will be responsible for all aspects of email marketing, from strategy and list management to content creation and performance analysis. Working remotely, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and cohesive messaging. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic email marketing campaigns , including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
- Design and write compelling email copy and subject lines that drive open rates and click-through rates.
- Manage and segment email subscriber lists to ensure targeted and personalized communication.
- Utilize email marketing platforms to build, test, and deploy campaigns, ensuring proper rendering across devices.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
- Proficiency with major email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid).
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and persuasive language.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing and campaign performance analysis.
- Familiarity with marketing automation principles and customer journey mapping.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a remote setting.
