About the Role

Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join their dynamic marketing team in Edinburgh . This role is pivotal in crafting, deploying, and analyzing email marketing campaigns designed to engage customers, nurture leads, and drive sales. You will be responsible for managing the entire email marketing lifecycle, from campaign planning and content creation to segmentation, A/B testing, and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.

• Design and build visually appealing email templates, ensuring responsiveness across all devices.
• Manage email lists, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to privacy regulations.
• Conduct A/B testing on various email elements (subject lines, content, CTAs) to optimize performance.
• Analyze campaign results, tracking key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates, and provide actionable insights.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in email marketing or a related digital marketing role.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor).
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and deliverability.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a strong attention to detail.
• Experience with HTML/CSS for email template design is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
