Key Responsibilities

• Design, write, and implement engaging email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
• Manage email subscriber lists, ensuring data hygiene and segmentation for targeted campaigns.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, and send times to optimize email performance.
• Monitor key email metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Ensure all email campaigns comply with GDPR and other relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create visually appealing and on-brand email templates.
• Analyze campaign results and provide insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in email marketing or a related digital marketing field.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid).
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and automation.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
