Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns across various segments.
• Develop compelling email copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action to maximize open and click-through rates.
• Manage email lists, ensuring data hygiene and compliance with GDPR and other regulations.
• Segment customer databases to deliver personalized and relevant email content.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions), providing insights for optimization.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar marketing role with a focus on email.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor).
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a focus on persuasive marketing messages.
