Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
• Manage the entire email campaign lifecycle, from planning and segmentation to deployment and reporting.
• Create compelling email copy and design visually appealing email templates.
• Segment email lists and personalise content to maximise engagement and conversion rates.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and analyse results.
• Optimise email campaigns based on data insights and A/B testing results.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or similar role, with a strong understanding of email marketing best practices.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor).
• Strong copywriting and editing skills with the ability to create persuasive marketing messages.
• Experience with A/B testing and data analysis to optimise campaign performance.
• Understanding of customer segmentation and personalisation techniques.
