About the Role
Our client is seeking a meticulous and creative Email Marketing Specialist to join their marketing team based in Leeds . This role is crucial for nurturing customer relationships and driving conversions through targeted and personalized email campaigns. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of email marketing initiatives, from strategy and campaign creation to deployment and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy, including segmentation, automation, and campaign flows.
- Design, write, and test compelling email copy and subject lines to maximize open and click-through rates.
- Build and deploy email campaigns using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates), and provide detailed reports with actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR) and maintain a healthy subscriber database.
- Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure email creative is on-brand and effective.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience specifically in email marketing or marketing automation.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, deliverability, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a focus on conversion-driven messaging.
- Experience with HTML/CSS for email template customization is a plus.
- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
