About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of email marketing initiatives, from strategy development and list segmentation to content creation, deployment, and performance analysis. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic email marketing plan to support lead generation, customer nurturing, and retention efforts.
• Design, write, and segment email campaigns, ensuring compelling subject lines, engaging copy, and clear calls-to-action.
• Manage the email marketing calendar, scheduling campaigns for optimal delivery and engagement.
• Utilise email marketing platforms to build, test, and deploy campaigns to various audience segments.
• Analyse email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions), identifying insights and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and automation.
• Proficiency with major email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Constant Contact).
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills with a focus on conversion-driven messaging.
• Experience with A/B testing and analysing email campaign data.
