About the Role

You will manage all aspects of email marketing, from list segmentation and campaign design to automation, testing, and analysis. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.
• Segment email lists based on customer behaviour, demographics, and preferences to ensure targeted communication.
• Design visually appealing and mobile-responsive email templates that align with brand guidelines.
• Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, calls-to-action, and send times to optimise campaign performance.
• Analyse email campaign performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide regular reports with insights.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).

Requirements

• Proven experience in email marketing or a related digital marketing role.
• Proficiency with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Campaign Monitor).
• Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, segmentation, and automation.
• Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimisation.
• Excellent copywriting and editing skills with attention to detail.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
