Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional emails, and automated workflows.

- Write engaging and persuasive email copy, collaborating with design teams for visually appealing templates.
- Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times to optimize open and click-through rates.
- Analyze email campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., GDPR) and maintain list hygiene.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in email marketing or digital marketing with a strong focus on email.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with a strong understanding of marketing principles.
- Experience with audience segmentation and personalization techniques.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
