Emergency Control Room Operator – 12h Shifts, Flexible

Pinnacle Group is seeking an Emergency Control Room Operator to safeguard people, property and information across our Manchester regional sites. The role is based in Carrington, requires 12‑hour shifts on a 4 on 4 off rolling rota, with night and day blocks and a monthly shift allowance.

You will monitor CCTV, respond to alarms, coordinate with on‑site security, and compile incident reports while maintaining clear communications with police and healthcare services when needed.
